The Guidin Change module is based on the ADKAR model and helps identify the human risks of change - those that are often hidden behind numbers and structures.
The questionnaire makes visible how change is perceived in different roles and teams: what emotions and uncertainties it raises, where commitment or hopefulness can be seen. The indicator provides clear data on emotional climate, workload and the experience of inclusion.
The results open up the debate and help to target interventions in the right place - before problems accumulate. You can use it independently or together with a coach. The data remains at the disposal of the organisation and the views are always available.

Strategic competence and 360° feedback
The Capabilities module of Guidin supports the strategic renewal and day-to-day management of an organisation by making competences visible. It helps to identify individuals' strengths, areas for development and willingness to develop - in a clear and practical way.
You can use a ready-made skills library or build a questionnaire around your organisation's skills needs. The questionnaire can be combined with a 360° assessment in two different ways to support the individual's own reflection or to assess the leadership behaviour of front-line staff.
