We believe that success in working life depends first and foremost on people. Good leadership is not just about implementing plans, but about listening, interpreting and responding to what people are really experiencing - in everyday life and in change. Uncertainty, lack of change management, challenging emotional climate and lack of strategic core competencies do not just slow down progress - they cost the organisation time, money and make it more difficult to move forward with the strategy. Above all, they affect people's motivation, commitment and well-being. By identifying these factors early, leadership moves from reactive to proactive - and the human becomes a strength.

Our values and the way we work

Organisations are in a state of constant change. That's why leadership must be a constant process of building understanding - not just during major change projects, but every day. Guidin was born out of a need to support this understanding: we are a spinoff of Vincit, the award-winning technology company for Europe's Best Place to Work, and our team has been involved in developing internationally award-winning people management practices.

We combine technology, organisational psychology and modern management thinking. We develop tools and coaching to help organisations make decisions based on knowledge and dialogue, rather than emotion and assumptions.

Our story

We want there to be room for discussion and different experiences in every change. Working together is the surest way to achieve our goals. In change, the human is not only a risk, but above all an asset.

We developed a new leadership model, Leadership as a Service (LaaS), and a digital platform for leading a self-directed organisation at Vincit, a technology company.

The LaaS philosophy and service menu attracted widespread interest. Proven models were sought beyond the boundaries of the sector.
