Organisations are in a state of constant change. That's why leadership must be a constant process of building understanding - not just during major change projects, but every day. Guidin was born out of a need to support this understanding: we are a spinoff of Vincit, the award-winning technology company for Europe's Best Place to Work, and our team has been involved in developing internationally award-winning people management practices.
We combine technology, organisational psychology and modern management thinking. We develop tools and coaching to help organisations make decisions based on knowledge and dialogue, rather than emotion and assumptions.
Our story
