Guidin Change - Measuring the experience of change and emotional climate
Manage independently or use data for coaching purposes
Guidin's Change module measures how people feel about change - and highlights the human risks to its success. You can use the measure on its own or as part of a coaching session. It has a clear interface that allows you to easily create a questionnaire from predefined templates or build your own.
The results help to identify where different people are in the process of change and which factors are supporting or blocking progress. The indicator highlights emotional climate, stress factors, inclusion and uncertainty - in an illustrative and shareable way. This creates an understanding that supports better management and constructive debate.

Why choose Guid?
Guidin Change in a nutshell
Guidin Change helps you identify what change really feels like. It makes visible the emotional climate, stress factors, involvement and uncertainties - the very phenomena that often remain hidden but have the greatest impact on the success of change.
The tool is based on change management frameworks such as ADKAR, and has been developed together with organisational psychologists and business leaders.
- Ready-made questionnaires and a dedicated editor
- Outcome scenarios to support the discussion
- Can be used independently or to support coaching sessions
Pricing
Flexible licensing pricing, scalable to your needs. Guidin's Change dashboard works on a licence basis. You can use the tool completely independently, combine it with coaching or get support from us to get up and running.
Usage includes:
- A questionnaire editor and skills library
- Visual results views and filtering by job role/team
- Possibility of self-measurement without the need for an external facilitator
The use of the dashboard does not end with coaching - the data remains with the organisation and measurements can continue. Price based on number of respondents, number of surveys created and scope of use.
What makes Guidin different
Guidin makes visible what other indicators cannot reach
- Lean on researched theory - ADKAR, Lewin's change management model, the Kübler-Ross change curve, the Emotional Quadrilateral and the expertise of organisational psychologists
- Visualise the data in an understandable way - identify risks early
- Manageable autonomously - no need for constant external facilitation
- Data stays with you - for your use, not hidden
- Developed for everyday working life - a collaboration between organisational psychologists and business managers
Guidin is not just a survey - it's a tool to support people and management in the midst of change.
How Guidin's change measurement works
Measurement on the move with ease
A short, snappy pulse survey will be sent to those involved in the change. You can respond either with a personal link (e.g. by email) or with a shared response link or QR code, for example distributed at an event or intranet.
As soon as the pulse is triggered, a real-time count starts in the background.
See where we're going
The results are visualised in clear views that support the discussion. They show the state of ownership of change in different areas (e.g. understanding, commitment, impact on own work).
The results can be viewed from the perspective of different teams, units or job roles - this helps to identify group-specific needs and target interventions correctly. With a sufficient level of licensing, front-line staff and team leaders can be given access to review the results of their own team.
The results outlook is articulated in a way that supports shared understanding and constructive discussion.
Deepen and act
The Outcome Perspectives can go deeper into areas where more understanding or targeted action is needed.
Data helps to find the root causes - and steers the conversation to the right issues.
The Insight AI wizard automatically suggests appropriate actions, including team-specific actions for frontline staff.
Measurement also acts as a conversation opener and supports a coaching approach to management.
Measures that affect
The results are used to plan actions that support the development of both the organisation and its people - at the right time, in the right place.
Understanding the emotional matrix and trajectory helps to target actions effectively.
Follow-up measurements provide trend data to see if we are on the right track or if we need to refine our direction.
You've come this far, what's the next step? Now could be a good time to see if...
- you want to make sure that people are not left out - but are genuinely involved in the change
- you need an easy-to-use tool to measure and manage change
- you want to make visible what is not always said out loud - such as mood and silent signals
- you are looking for a solution that guides action and helps you monitor its effectiveness
