Why Guidin? In a change, people's wellbeing is one of the biggest risks to tackle. Guidin provides a framework for a controlled process and information on which to base the decisions.
Benefits: The survey confirmed our assumptions, but also brought up some unexpected results. The survey information serves as a basis for constructive discussion and helps in planning communication. For example, we have changed the timing and structure of our weekly meetings.
Managing change experience is necessary even in positive change situations, because uncertainties always slow down the progress. It is important for us to encourage people to bring up even difficult thoughts and emotions. When they are acknowledged, things can be gained together in a solution-oriented manner.
