Benefits: Also in positive change, support is needed. In our first measurement, the risk indicators were mostly green, but one area raised concerns. We coached the personnel services in handling feedback and the supervisor took action quickly. For example, a section was added to the team meeting where the status of the change is discussed weekly. The supervisor and project manager immediately took ownership of the tool.
Of all the tools we have seen and tried, Guidin has been the most positive experience.
