Change: The POP Bank Group is undergoing a significant technology transformation project, for which data and metrics were needed to support change management.
Why Guidin? Guidin is used to support change management, identify obstacles and opportunities, and guide support measures both at the group level and in a targeted manner at the bank level. Measuring the emotional climate is crucial alongside the project's technical progress, as the role of employees is essential in many ways for the successful implementation of the system.
